For anyone in possession of any Cleveland Restaurant Group gift cards, you can redeem them at any one of our other locations (scanning the QR code on the back beginning January 2nd, 2023 of any Cleveland Restaurant Gift Card), or you can request a refund by emailing us
at pmme@cle-restaurants.com.

When emailing please provide:

the Cleveland Restaurant Group gift card number,
date of purchase,
the amount and form of payment.

We will confirm receipt by email and update when your refund has been processed.
